As time is of the essence...

Although we endeavor to help and assist in the return of missing pets, we do not guarantee that by using our services your pet will be found. Our clients pay for services based on the hourly use of our time, expenses and efforts. For this reason, we do not refund fees for services rendered.

Fees for on location work are quoted on a case by case basis and are quoted based on location, travel fees, scheduling and availability.

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website and/or submitting any personal information that could identify you (including but not limited to name, address, telephone number and email address). By submitting your Query form, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions do not use the service or our website.
